Como me preparei para a seleção.

Stande de Tiro BOPE

Depois de cumprindo os requisitos do edital da PM: nada consta, TAF, Bienal e requerimento, intensifiquei meus estudos de inglês. Todos os dias fazia 2 horas de estudo, assistia vídeos, fazia exercícios e lia. Eu recomendo a openenglish.com, pois seu método é perfeito para o tipo de avaliação aplicada pelo IGPM. A avaliação não é segredo ou um bicho de 7 cabeças, está descrita nas normas do IGPM o que vou dizer aqui serão alguns macetes para se sair melhor.

Primeiro descanse bem no dia anterior, trabalhe sua mente dias antes para pensar em inglês, assista TV em inglês sem legendas, se colocar legendas as coloque em inglês também, leia reportagens, converse em inglês sempre que tiver um amigo que também saiba. Não se esqueça continue praticando após, eu continuo trabalhando, sem saber gramática corretamente estou escrevendo este blog em inglês (perdoe-me por meus erros).

No dia chegue cedo, converse com os amigos e relaxe. Ao sentar, fique o mais próximo da caixa de som, com o texto da primeira parte, faça as anotações que acreditar serem necessárias, como horários, nomes e lugares. Ao escutar o áudio complete as lacunas com as informações novas a fim de que você possa descrever toda a situação. Ao responder as perguntas leia e capte a ideia da pergunta nãose atente a pequenas palavras que você desconhece. Não perca tempo e faça seu melhor.

Existem policiais que fazem duas a três vezes esta prova até conseguir aprovação, mas tenho certeza que você pode passar de primeira.

Na prova de informática, o objetivo é saber se você consegue abrir o editor e usar as funções básicas, criar documentos e pasta de documentos.

No dia seguinte você terá a prova de direção onde você ira ter que fazer uma baliza e uma garagem com um veículo militar, se você tem dificuldade com veículos tipo camionete é bom treinar antes. No dia você terá tempo para uma rápida prática.

Por fim a prova de tiro, esta fase é a segunda que mais reprova, apesar de parecer fácil, sob o stress da avaliação, você pode ter problemas. Treine antes, nós tivemos a oportunidade de treinar antes da prova com dois Profissionais do BOPE e com algum tempo de treino a seco e poucos tiros, tiramos as teias de aranha.

Prova de direção Off Road

Recomendo que façam como fizeram comigo, treinem com um quadrado de 25cmx25cm, quando conseguir acertar os 5 tiros a 5 metros e os 5 a 7 metros é o momento de parar, de nada adianta treinar além do limite, pois o desempenho cai e pode cair sua autoconfiança. Na avaliação você terá 5 segundos para a cada tiro: coldrear, destravar, atirar e coldrear. Isto é tempo bastante para tal.

Por fim coloque na cabeça que você pode fazer, não pense nos problemas e faça uma boa prova.

After quite all requirements of the Police announcement: clearance certificate, Physical Test, Health Test and Requirements, I intensified my English classes. Every day spent two hours, watching videos, doing exercises and reading. I recommend openenglish.com because this method is perfect for the type of evaluation applied by IGP.

The evaluation process is not a secret or a beast with 7 heads, is described in the rules of the IGP, here I’ll give some advises to do better.

First step, rest well the previous day, work days before your mind to think in English, watch TV in English without subtitles, put the subtitles in English too, read stories, chat in English whenever you have a friend who also knows. Do not forget to continue practicing after, I keep working, without good acknowledge about grammar I’m trying to write this blog in English (forgive me for my mistakes).

Arrive early in the day, chat with friends and relax. When sit, stay as close to the sound box, with the first text, take some notes that you believe are needed, such as timetables, names and places. When listen to the audio complete the blanks with the new information so that you can describe the whole situation. Answering the questions read and understand the main idea of the question does not worries about the words that don’t know. Do not waste time and do your best.

There are officers that need to do two or three times this for get approval, but I'm sure you can pass at the first time.

In the computer evaluation, the goal is to know if you can open the editor and use the basic functions, create documents and a documents folder.

I recommend you do as I did, train with a square 25x25cm when you can to hit 5 shots at 5 meters and 5-7 meters is the time to stop, don’t train beyond the limit because performance decrease and may fall your self-esteems . In the shot test you’ll have 5 seconds to do in each shot, upholster, unlock, shoot, lock and holster. This is enough time for that.
